Statement Vista Splashbacks in a Navy Kitchen

OBJECTIVE

When Iain at West Kitchen Studio fitted his customer’s kitchen, she knew exactly how she wanted everywhere except the wall. She wanted something that stood out, and specialist installer Iain knew what to suggest. Vista was already forefront at the West Kitchen Studio site in Macduff, Scotland, and Iain comments, “When we received our Vista samples, we put them on display right away.”

A Bushboard Vista splashback is an easy-to-install, no-mess alternative to tiles; a printed sheet in acrylic or MDF that fixes straight onto the wall with our adhesive, BB Complete, eliminating the time and cost of tiling.

OBSERVATION

Against the navy blue kitchen cabinets, white worktop and chrome finishes, Iain says he knew instantly that Vista would work.

He says, “The customer had already picked her kitchen and wanted something to really make it stand out. The Vista splashback in Kaleidoscope Cool Blue just went perfectly.”

Vista splashbacks are easy to cut and install, while offering all the style of classic and contemporary tile patterns without the mess, time or cost normally involved.

Iain and his team were impressed by the ease of fitting, “During the fitting process, we made sure there was plenty of support underneath, and cut them with a metal cutting cutting blade in a jigsaw.”

OUTCOME

The outcome is a striking splashback wall; a pale blue background that contrasts the cabinetry, with a pattern that picks its dark hues. Because there’s no grout, the Vista splashback will be easy to maintain.
