Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facility of 130,000 sq feet is located centrally in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Over 40 kilometres of worksurfaces are made every week with up to 400 worktops an hour manufactured from one of the most efficient facilities in Europe.
Concluding a 3 year study in to the solid surface market £1.25 Million was invested in autumn 2007 to manufacture encore solid surface worksufaces and accessories.
Today, in addition to the 1800 UK retailers, we are developing across Europe with customers in Germany, France, Scandinavia and the Ukraine.

Our distribution partners are the best in the industry and are crucial in ensuring that our collection of well over 1000 different products are available when you need them.
In addition to their significant stocks a further 18,000 worktops, upstands and splashbacks are held at Bushboard to support our service offer for fast weekly replenishment.
