Bushboard's Encore solid surface range responds to the trend for traditional looks
A modern material it may be but Bushboard’s Encore solid surface worktop range now offers four brand new Crystal designs which salute the look of natural granite and stone and respond to the growing trend for traditional looks in the kitchen.
Four new designs have been added titled Crystal Black, Crystal Cream, Crystal Glass and Crystal White which mirror natural stone, while being warmer to the touch. The designs feature a large opaque acrylic chip in a random pattern which gives an authentic stone appearance, as well as adding visual depth and lustre to the surface. The full Encore palette has fourteen designs including simple whites, contemporary neutrals and now lustrous stones spanning the design needs for contemporary and traditional kitchens.
Enhancing the traditional style further, Encore can also be shaped into curves making it ideal for corner cabinets or island units when a softer line is required. Encore products are available in two worktop sizes 4100 x 650 and 2020 x 650, breakfast bars in 2400 x 900 as well as upstands in 3600mm lengths and splashbacks in two sizes 4100 x 600 and 1200 x 1200mm. Completing the look are undermount stainless steel sinks in a wide range of compatible leading brands and models, or white moulded sinks, all are for onsite installation.
Says Stuart White, managing director at Bushboard:
“There’s a swing towards traditional and softer looks in the kitchen with heritage colours and curved furniture and the new Crystal finishes combine the benefits of a natural-looking stone, while being warmer to the touch, easier to maintain and more hygienic. Solid Surfacing is not just about white and contemporary kitchens.”
Encore has a professional POS package for retailers including a 32 page colour brochure, installation leaflet, sample swatches and a display stand that can be wall mounted or free-standing.
